Deleting EDI Partner Transactions

1. When you first enter the EDI Partner Transactions option a Select An Option window will appear. The following information will display for each EDI Partner Transaction:

• The trading partner ID
• The trading partner name
• The transaction number
• The transaction version

Scroll to the transaction that needs to be deleted and press Enter to confirm your selection.

2. Command options will appear:

• Delete – Select Delete to delete the transaction selected.
• Exit – Select Exit to exit and return to the Select An Option window.

Select Delete.

The transaction cannot be deleted if it is associated with a trading partner in EDI Trading Partners. To delete the transaction format, go to EDI Trading Partners, change the EDI Transaction format to none, update the changes to the EDI trading partner, and then return to the delete instructions above.
